Leadership transition coaching:
We aim to give everyone at Merck the best possible start – including those who join in, or are promoted into, a new leadership role. These leaders benefit from professional consulting and assistance during the first 100 days of their new position. This helps them avoid typical pitfalls and mistakes, and enables them to win the trust and respect of their teams much more quickly.

A huge number of experienced, inspirational people work at Merck – all with a great deal of knowledge to share. Our cross company mentoring program is a more formal way of encouraging practical knowledge-sharing and brings together an experienced manager and a female leadership talent from different companies.
